Black Woman Wanted For 'Ethnic Intimidation' Police In Central Pennsylvania Say

A Black woman in central Pennsylvania was wanted on a warrant for "Ethnic Intimidation," police say.

Carlisle police obtained the warrant for Ayeisha C. Felton, 40, of Carlisle, around 2:30 p.m. on Wednesday, June 8, according to a release by the department.

Felton was already wanted by the Cumberland County sheriff’s office after she failed to appear for her preliminary hearing for Criminal Mischief, according to a Facebook post the office made at 8 a.m. the same day. 

Her hearing was for two misdemeanors for Ethnic Intimidation, Simple Assault and two summary charges for Retail Theft-Take Merchandise and Disorderly Conduct Engage In Fighting for an incident that happened April 24, according to court documents. 

Additional information on the incident of alleged "Ethnic Intimidation" has not been released. 

Felton is described as being "Black" in the police documents.
